After many years as a newborn photographer and mom, I have come across so many baby items. My favorite items have changed and evolved over time, and I have finally sat down to compile a list of all the things you and your little one cannot live without. Stay tuned next week for a part two post!
Coterie Diapers
All of our babies have pretty sensitive bottoms. Coterie is one of the only brands that don’t give them diaper rash. Not to mention, these diapers rarely have a blow out in these and they are incredibly soft. Plus, I love the simplicity of the white diaper!
Coterie Wipes
Before we found this company we loved water wipes, but Coterie has given water wipes a run for their money. These wipes are slightly thicker, larger in size (meaning less waste) and still have simple, clean ingredients. Not to mention, they are way easier to get out of the package (which is always a consideration during a messy diaper change)!
Weleda Diaper Rash Cream
Did I mention our babies have sensitive bottoms? After becoming a mom, I have tried all the creams. While this one is a bit harder to find (we get it on Amazon) any rash is 80% gone after one use! It’s truly a miracle worker, trust me.
Munchkin Changing Pad Liners
These are great for on-the-go changing. They’re easy to throw down wherever diaper changes are happening, and can be thrown in the wash. They come in a bunch of different styles and shapes, and are pretty long lasting considering what they go through.
Wipe Warmer
These are maybe a little bit controversial, but I think they’re absolute life savers. I don’t know any newborns who like to get their diapers changed, plus cold wipes? I can’t blame them! Use this for the first three months or so. It’s often found to be the easiest to use and refill.
