I have a few blog posts on baby stores, but with the new school year quickly approaching I wanted to talk about children’s clothing boutiques in Chicago! This last leg of the summer seems to fly by the quickest– before you know it you’re shopping for new school supplies. Along with the fact that kids grow out of clothes so fast, they always ask for some new clothes for the new year. I am all too familiar with that conversation! I rounded up a list of some of the best stores in Chicago to send your littles back to school in style.
Frankie’s On The Park
This gorgeous retailer is absolutely for children entering elementary and middle school. Their inventory has some of the latest, trendy styles that still feel like cute children’s clothes. I should mention it’s exclusively for girls, and they even have some things for you too, mama! In addition, they have a plethora of cute accessories to liven up any outfit for your little one with personality.
Cloud and Bunny
I mentioned this amazing store in my previous blog post, but I knew it had a place here as well. They have a wide variety of clothing, shoes and accessories for children all the way from infancy into preschool. I love that they carry seasonal pieces, so you can always stop by for a new style. Cloud and Bunny also carries a variety of toys, crafts and educational games.
Milani Boutique
Milani is known for housing designer clothing and accessories for little ones. Some of the brands they regularly carry are Versace, Givenchy, Fendi and Balmain. Of course, this might not be the store for just any occasion, but is always a great option for a special gift or celebration. Plus, its central downtown location makes it perfect for a stop during a beautiful Chicago day.
Lola and The Boys
This store is truly unique. Created in Chicago, it’s truly a one-stop shop for all your child could ever need! They have seasonal clothing collections dropping regularly, shoes, swimwear and accessories. You can find cool tees and jumpsuits for your kids they’ll absolutely love. If you’ve got a little fashionista on your hands, this is a wonderful shop for you.
Wish Kids
Another more high-end store, Wish Kids has some of the best brands like Lime Apple, Desigual and 312 Baby. Just like Milani, this shop is in the heart of Chicago: the Magnificent Mile. On a day out with the whole family, you can all stop in before heading to run around in Maggie Daley park! Could you imagine a better way to spend a weekend day?
