As a Hinsdale photographer and a mama myself, I know that a full newborn session might seem a little overwhelming. Although the studio space is a calming environment, I completely understand that you might not want to put too much stress on your little one. I designed my Simplicity Sessions for babies from 3-12 months, just a quick 20-minute session to capture all the memories for you to cherish.
The Simplicity Sessions give you the same additions as a full newborn session: wardrobe and styling, access to digital files and final artwork consultation. You can be in and out of the studio in under an hour, all while getting stunning photos of all the small details you don’t want to miss. I focus on the little things during these sessions! Tiny fingers, curled toes, belly rolls and sleepy smiles. Dressing your little one for these sessions doesn’t allow for too many outfit changes. I recommend having a cute onesie or cozy set, and then getting some shots just in their diaper or swaddle. Depending on the age, there will be more or less movement influencing poses and positions.
A quick, 20-minute session in the studio will be worth a lifetime of memories, I can promise you that. Your little one deserves to have special moments captured, but can’t handle the duration of a full session. I want the best possible experience for you and your child, always.
