Working with baby Oliver for his studio newborn photography session was a total dream. I was lucky enough to have photographed mama’s maternity session, and it was so special to be a part of this little one’s journey from womb to world.
Oliver’s session had some wonderful added details his parents wanted to include! The little pilot bear with his blue plane were so adorable, and Olvier looked so cozy between them. As a true Chicagoan, Oliver’s parents had him snuggled up in Portillo’s gear. The blanket was so soft, and the little hot dog is going to be a favorite among Oliver’s toys as he grows up, I’m sure!
I loved the dress Mama wore for this studio session. I know I say it all the time, but being able to ensure new mama’s can relax and enjoy this beautiful process makes my job so much more special. Studio wardrobe and hair and makeup are such treats to any mama, but especially one experiencing motherhood for the first time! Always remember to take some time for yourself, and pamper yourself, because you are doing amazing and you deserve it.
